Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Jill @ Breaking the Spines. This is a cool way to spotlight a upcoming release that you're anxious about, as well as checking out what other book lovers are anticipating as well. This is my first WoW of June because I've been slacking off, but anyways, here's what I'm waiting for:
The Storyspinner (The Keeper's Chronicles #1)by Becky Wallace

While in his employ, Johanna is exposed to a dangerous game of thrones, a game where she will discover that the magically inclined Keepers from her stories might be real after all.
The Keepers are searching for an heir to a great power and the key to saving their land. They aren’t alone in their hunt. Girls matching the heir’s description are turning up dead all over the kingdom. Girls who look exactly like Johanna.
We All Looked Upby Tommy Wallach
Release date: March 31st 2015
Publisher: Simon & Schuster
Synopsis via Goodreads:
The lives of four teens intersect and overlap several weeks before a meteor is set to pass through Earth’s orbit – with a 66.6% chance of striking and destroying all life on the planet.
Why I'm Waiting
I'm a fan of historical settings so The Storyspinner really intrigues me. I like the sound of the character and love how tough she looks on the cover. As for We All Looked Up, I like the premise of a meteor coming and I want to see and feel how these teens will cope with what might be their final days on earth. Love how realistic the cover is too. Both books seem really interesting.
What are you waiting for?
