BLOG TOUR KICKS OFF~The Nightmare Affair by Mindee Arnett

The Nightmare Affair

Hey awesome people!

I'll be hosting Mindee Arnett's Blog Tour for her debut novel The Nightmare Affair
from February 18th - March 4th.

Description via Goodreads:
16-year-old Dusty Everhart breaks into houses late at night, but not because she’s a criminal. No, she’s a Nightmare. Literally. Dusty is a magical being who feeds on human dreams.

Being the only Nightmare at Arkwell Academy, a boarding school for magickind, and living in the shadow of her mother’s infamy is hard enough. But when Dusty sneaks into Eli Booker’s house, things get a whole lot more complicated. He’s hot, which means sitting on his chest and invading his dreams couldn’t get much more embarrassing. But it does. Eli is dreaming of a murder. The setting is Arkwell.

And then it comes true.

Now Dusty has to follow the clues--both within Eli’s dreams and out of them--to stop the killer before more people turn up dead. And before the killer learns what she’s up to and marks her as the next target.

  11. I have this book so if someone backs out or falls off the blogosphere (you know how it goes...) I could post my review during the tour. Just give me a heads up if you need me. I'm sure it's one EVERYONE wants to be on, so I doubt it'll happen, but just in case!

  15. I am so excited to read this novel! My worst nightmare I've ever had was actually rather strange. I was on this boat but it was global warming so the entire world was an ocean and they wanted to throw me overboard and there were no other boats or chances of rescue. I have no idea why it freaked me out so much lol

  16. I was driving with my family and the moon was way too close to the Earth. I think it was like the apocalypse or something. People kept trying to kill us and there were all these natural disasters. At one point Bloody Mary was chasing me with a needle. It was so screwed up, but I was so freaked out when I woke up!

  18. Part of me thinks this is a bullshit prosecution and another part of me thinks that this person may have been involved a lot more than they can prove right now.
We will know more after debriefing.

    books
    chick lit
    romance novels
    life
    romance

  19. I have strange nightmares. Most of them I can't remember the details of. But one in particular is a recurring one. I dreamed that I had killed someone (by accident) and the police were coming after me. It has become a fear of mine that somehow I would hurt someone by accident or stumble upon a crime that was already committed and end up in jail for the rest of my life for it.
