This is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews, where you showcase all the books you've received in the past week. 
Sadly, I can't seem to finish reading a book because I've been super busy. I decided to take on NaNoWriMo this year and have been focusing on mainly finishing a book in just a month, something I haven't done before. Wish me luck, and if you're also doing NaNoWriMo all the best to you! :)

 Harlequin Teen sent me two books. Witchstruck by Victoria Lamb and Pawn by Aimee Carter. Special thanks to Harlequin for these lovelies and I will do my best to get some reviews done in between writing.

    I'm a bit bummed. I requested Pawn on NetGalley and was denied but I see it showing up on StS's all over the place. Sucks but I guess I have to get i the old fashioned way, through money :P

      Sorry about that. I wasn't expecting to receive it either because I'd requested sooooo long ago and everyone was getting a copy except for me. This is truly a surprise. Hope you get a copy soon :)

    I'm participating in NaNo! I just added you as a buddy =) Good luck. I'm having a slow reading week/month too being so busy and trying to NaNo. But some reading is better than none lol.

    I've had my eye on both of these books, but decided not to request them simply because I already have way too many on my TBR stack and I'm trying to learn to control my greed. I hope you enjoy them, though.

    Oh, and good luck with NaNoWriMo. Every year I say I'm going to give it a go, but then back out because November is already a hectic time of the year for me and trying to write a novel would just add to the chaos. Maybe one of these years...

    I read Witchstruck last year and it had the most boring cover ever. This cover is much more attractive. Enjoy, and thanks for visiting my blog!

    Oh good luck with NaNo! I got to about 13,000 words and I think I'm going to stop:( I know, bad me. I just have so many things in my life that I'm pushing to the side for it, that I kind of want my life back. I've done it before and finished, but you do have to give up things if you're really serious about it. Hope you make it!

    I am unofficially participating in NaNoWriMo, making it a goal to write a novella by the end of the month. I'm shooting for approximately 15,000 words. I haven't been doing too bad, but hoping to do a lot more in the coming weeks. :) Good luck!!
